This small hotel offers plenty of beautifully maintained rooms. The location is favourable and handy, next to a traditional taxi for 30 baht to most of the places, the main square, and the center, we liked it. Chiang Mai Old Town district won't disappoint you.

The property was really nice and the price was super reasonable. We stayed in one of the standard bedrooms which were made every day and we got fresh water and towels. We loved the location inside the walls, with plenty of stuff nearby or just a short car journey away. the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even did our laundry for us and had it ready within 24 hours.
The room was quite small and we could hear a lot of noise from the street and other guests. It was a bit disappointing and I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

Made my stay happy, can arrange car and bicycle rentals, tour desk available, many local restaurants nearby. 3-star hotel with business center, free Wi-Fi, and gift shop.
Just one thing, not enough space in the room for my wardrobe collection.

Convenient and affordable stay I had a pleasant city break at a budget hotel with good value for money. the hotel was in a convenient location, only a short distance from the main attractions. I particularly enjoyed the free water and coffee provided daily, as well as the fast and reliable Wi-Fi. the room was small but well-equipped with essential amenities.
Limited amenities and distant location the hotel lacked certain amenities such as a fridge in the room and a garden. the hotel was a bit noisy and a bit far from some of the tourist destinations.

I gotta say, I got a great deal for my money at this hotel. The room was small but really well organized, with plenty of power points and even adaptors. The location was convenient too, just a short taxi ride or walk away from most places. And the staff? One of the receptionists always had a smile on their face, which made me feel welcome and comfortable.
Now, if only they had more breakfast options. I mean, don't get me wrong, it was alright for a quick bite, but it would've been nice to have a bit more variety.

During our stay over New Year, we enjoyed the clean and modern furnishings of the rooms. The hotel's location made it very convenient to walk to nearby food stalls and shops. the friendly staff were able to provide us with helpful recommendations for local attractions.
The noise level from the busy main road was quite noticeable at night, making it difficult to sleep at times. The lack of soundproofing in the rooms was a negative aspect of our stay.
